What we are looking for: Primary Job Responsibilities: Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborate with IT developers, vendors, and implementation team, support testing efforts and facilitate UAT. Resource management for the project work effort vs available team capacity. Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and troubleshoot/resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications helping to identify cross-dependencies & cross-impacts at earlier stages of discussion embracing dependency management process for maintaining timeliness of the project. Analyzes the needs & problems of a business & proposes solutions to improve its performance and efficiency. Business analysis feasibility assessment covering methodology, budget, & schedule, key stakeholders, elicitation techniques, and quality assurance methods. Translate business needs into system requirements and configurations. Ownership at program/project level by defining the functional expectations & confirming the feasibility of the proposed solutions. Supporting adherence to Audit & Controls timeliness. Coordinate, prioritize & track control activities with delivery teams. Open Audit Issues and Risks Issue documentation and tracking as needed. Writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents. Maintain project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc.) and documents process flows and gaps. Create and maintain appropriate project plans & progress.
